1. Getting to Know You

Dr. Soliz will get to know you better through self-assessments and strength-finder test. You will also discuss your career goals.

2. Deep Dive

In this phase, Dr. Soliz will analyze your self-assessments. Also, discuss where you've been, where you are and where you want to go.

3. Implementation

The next step is to create an action plan. Dr. Soliz will recommend tools, literature and/or leadership strategies to help you implement your plan, with support along the way.
